Our firm is led and founded by its partner Víctor Manuel Ortúzar Ortúzar, member of the Chilean Bar Association and expert in Insurance Law (Diploma in Insurance Law from the University of Los Andes 2023), founder of the youth movement Cruzados de Schoesntat and first President of the Student Center of the Colegio Monte Tabor and Nazaret (2003), who for more than 10 years has dedicated himself to highly complex negotiation and litigation, previously working in the firms; Alcaino, Rodríguez and Sahli (2007), Serrano, Weinstein and Vermehren (2010), and as an Associate Attorney at Orsini, Tagle and Yutronich between 2017-2018.
